Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec is a Lecturer and the Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Zagreb School of Economics and Management. She has worked extensively in higher education and professional development for the past 20 years starting in the US and then across Europe including Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Poland and the United Kingdom. Her work includes leading regional projects for entrepreneurship training and education as well as extensive mentoring to startups in various phases of development. She has been pursuing her doctoral studies in Visualizing Social Entrepreneurship in Croatia and especially enjoys researching and teaching in the areas of Creativity and Innovation, Customer Relationship Management and various forms of Entrepreneurship for multiple impact. She has taught over 3000 students to date. Born in the US, she lives in Zagreb with her husband and two children.
