Lecture: What kind of organizational culture can flourish Innovation?

Ana Miletić je diplomirana psihologinja koja se nastavila usavršavati u području ljudskih resursa i psihoterapije te uspješno kombinira znanja iz oba područja kako bi podržala pojedince, timove i organizacije u transformaciji. Zaposlenica je SELECTIO Grupe od 2008. godine te je trenutno na poziciji Direktorice strateškog savjetovanja. Uključena je u vrednovanje izvrsnosti u upravljanju ljudskim resursima nekih od trenutno najuspješnijih organizacija u Hrvatskoj. Osim uvida u procese upravljanja ljudskim resursima i benchmark preko 80 organizacija, podržava organizacije u razvoju i implementaciji najboljih HR praksi. Specijalizirala se u područjima HR strategije, upravljanja talentima, employer brandinga, upravljanja učinkom, upravljanja kompetencijama, organizacijske kulture i angažiranosti zaposlenika. Uključena je u istraživački rad te je predavač i moderator na konferencijama, seminarima i radionicama na teme upravljanja ljudskim resursima, razvoja leadershipa, timskog rada i komunikacijskih vještina.

Ana Miletić is master of psychology who continued her development in human resources management and psychotherapy and she successfully combines knowledge from both areas in order to support individuals, teams and organisations in transformation. She is member of SELECTIO Group team since 2008 and is currently Head of Strategic Consulting. She is involved in evaluation of excellence in Human Resources Management of some of the currently most successful companies in Croatia. In addition to insight into HRM practices and benchmark of over 80 organizations, she is supporting companies through development and implementation of best HRM practices. Her fields of expertise include HR strategy, talent management, employer branding, performance management, competency management, organizational culture and employee engagement. She is involved in research work and is lecturer and facilitator in conferences, seminars and workshops on topics of human resources management and development of leadership, team work and communication skills.
